We will make sure that your payoff is delivered to your lender in a timely manner and will even follow up on the release of your lien from public records through a company called reQuire, a well known, efficient release tracking company.
Liason between Seller and the Purchaser (through their attorney or settlement agent)
CloSure Title & Settlement will be in constant contact with the Purchaser's attorney or settlement agent to see that unnecessary delays do not occur.
